f9bd Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and f9bd ("f9bd", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the f9bd website accessible at f9bd.app and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager through the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform regardless of how they access it — whether through a mobile browser on Android, Safari on iOS, or any other web browser. f9bd does not offer a downloadable app; the Platform is browser-based only. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

f9bd reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page with the effective date indicated at the top.

To access the full functionality of the f9bd Platform, including placing bets, making deposits, and withdrawing funds, you must register for an account. Registration is free and requires the provision of accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Eligibility Requirements

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you hold an account with f9bd.

f9bd conducts KYC (Know Your Customer) verification for all accounts prior to the processing of any withdrawal request. KYC documentation may include a government-issued photo ID and proof of Bangladesh mobile number ownership. f9bd reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to confirm a player's identity, age, or payment method ownership.

All financial transactions on the f9bd Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). f9bd does not apply currency conversion fees on any deposit or withdrawal. The following payment methods are supported for both deposits and withdrawals, subject to individual method availability and processing times.

Deposit Terms

• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed instantly. Visa and Mastercard deposits are subject to standard card processing times of up to 24 hours.
• The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is ৳100. f9bd does not impose a maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account in the name of the registered f9bd account holder. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned to the source account minus any applicable processing costs.
• f9bd reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds for any deposit. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure applied in accordance with responsible financial practice.

Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability. In cases where this is not possible, f9bd will contact the player to arrange an alternative method.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals below this threshold cannot be processed and will remain in the player's account balance until the threshold is reached.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Players who have not completed KYC will be prompted to do so when they submit a withdrawal request. KYC processing typically takes up to 24 hours during Bangladesh Standard Time business hours.
• Withdrawal requests for amounts that include active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements will not be processed until those requirements are met. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before satisfying wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus portion of the balance.

f9bd aims to process all withdrawal requests within the same Bangladesh Standard Time business day for requests submitted before 18:00 BST (UTC+6). Requests submitted after this time will be processed on the following business day. f9bd does not charge a withdrawal processing fee on any method.

f9bd offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to its registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to BPL, IPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other events. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section.

General Bonus Conditions

• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement is specified in the individual promotion's terms and conditions.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per promotion per registered account, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Circumventing this restriction through the use of multiple accounts constitutes a violation of these Terms.
• f9bd reserves the right to alter, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Any bonus already credited to a player's account at the time of cancellation will be handled in accordance with the relevant promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated exclusively from bonus funds (before the wagering requirement is met) cannot be withdrawn as cash. Attempting to do so will result in the forfeiture of the relevant bonus portion.
• Free spins granted as part of a promotion are valid for the specific game(s) stated in the promotion and expire within the period stated in the promotion terms. Expired free spins are forfeited with no cash equivalent.

In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the game rules expressly govern a specific gaming situation.

Live casino games on f9bd are streamed in real time from studios operated by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. Results in live casino games are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheel, dice) conducted by a human dealer under studio conditions. f9bd does not control the outcome of any live casino game and accepts no liability for the conduct of third-party studio operations beyond the representation that those providers are certified and audited.

Bets Once Confirmed Are Final

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the f9bd system, it cannot be altered, cancelled, or reversed by the player. Players are advised to review all bet details carefully before confirming.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including but not limited to disconnection, server error, or display error — f9bd will endeavour to resolve the situation fairly based on the game state at the point of interruption. Bets that cannot be determined due to a technical failure will be voided and the stake returned to the player.
• f9bd reserves the right to void any bet that was placed using an incorrectly posted line or odds resulting from a technical error. In such cases, the original stake will be returned in full to the player's account balance.
• Cricket betting markets on f9bd follow the official results as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, or equivalent). In the event of match abandonment, cancellation, or result reversal by the governing body, f9bd will settle bets in accordance with its specific cricket betting rules, which are available within the cricket section of the Platform.

f9bd is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for all players. The following tools are available to all account holders and can be activated at any time by contacting f9bd customer support or through account settings where applicable.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, deposit limits cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 72 hours.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the f9bd Platform. • Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, including cycling funds through the Platform with no genuine intention to gamble.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts, sharing accounts, or transferring account balances between accounts.

Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining balance (net of any bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be refunded to the player via their most recently used withdrawal method within five Bangladesh Standard Time business days.

All content on the f9bd Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, and software — is the property of f9bd or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content from the f9bd Platform may be reproduced, republished, distributed, transmitted, displayed, broadcast, or otherwise exploited for any purpose without the express prior written permission of f9bd.

Game content accessible through the f9bd Platform (including live casino streams, slot game visuals, and sports betting interfaces) remains the intellectual property of the respective third-party game providers. Use of any game content outside of the Platform, including screen recording, streaming, or redistribution, is prohibited without the explicit permission of the relevant provider.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, f9bd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, even if f9bd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

f9bd does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific features. f9bd will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where reasonably practicable.

• f9bd is not liable for losses arising from network connectivity issues, device incompatibility, or third-party service interruptions (including mobile network outages in Bangladesh) that affect a player's ability to access the Platform.
• f9bd is not liable for losses arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials, including losses resulting from unauthorised access to an account that occurs because the player shared their password or left their device unattended while logged in.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits f9bd's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

f9bd collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at f9bd.app/privacy-policy. By registering for an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms and should be read in conjunction with them.

f9bd uses SSL encryption on all data transmissions and does not sell, rent, or share player personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with third-party payment processors (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard) is limited to the minimum required to process the relevant transaction and is governed by those providers' own privacy policies.

f9bd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will take effect from the date they are posted on this page.
